Customers are entitled to notify us of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 calendar days from the moment of the receiving the items. Please reach out to us so we can help. If the defect is confirmed by the Seller, the Customer is entitled either to exchange the items or to receive a refund. This does not include defects caused by improper handling or carelessness.
